hello@casemagnetai.comNo. Payments aren't live yet; no plan asks for a credit card and nothing is charged right now. During this early access period most paid-plan features are open to everyone; only removing the "Made with CaseMagnet AI" badge and the lead form in the widget require a paid plan. Before billing starts, this page will be updated and our users will be notified by email in advance.
When the AI gets a shallow answer, it politely asks for a more concrete example or number in the next question. If the answer is still thin, it never makes up numbers or details; a figure the customer didn't say is never written into the story. Instead it produces a qualitative but usable case study. You can always edit the result in the dashboard.
New accounts have "Pre-publish Approval" turned on: when an interview ends, the case study isn't published automatically and doesn't appear in widgets, walls or share links until you approve it in the dashboard. To get your customer's permission, use the Customer Approval Portal (on every plan): send the approval link by email, or copy it and pass it on via WhatsApp. Your customer reads the case study exactly as it will be published, with their name, title, logo and figures, and approves it in one click or asks for changes with a note. You see the reply in the dashboard and by email; a copy of the approved text is kept as proof. During the interview, your customer also writes how they want to be credited in the story; this field is optional.
Views of widgets, walls and share links are counted anonymously, without cookies: only the time of view, rough device type, country and the domain of the referring site. No IP address, cookie or information that identifies the visitor is stored; so you don't need cookie consent from your visitors for our measurement. Details are in our privacy policy.
There is no setup. You enter your customer's name in the dashboard and create an interview link; the process starts within minutes. To add the widget to your site, you just paste a single snippet of code. On site builders like WordPress, Webflow and Framer this takes a few clicks, no coding required.
Yes. In the AI Interviewer settings you choose the focus topics (default flow: problem, solution, result), the number of questions (3, 5 or 7), the tone and the interview language. You can add a short description of your product, write your own instructions for the interviewer (for example "always ask for a number in the results question"), and block topics you never want brought up. You can try the interview yourself before sending it to a customer.
The interview feels like a short chat: questions arrive one at a time and your customer answers by typing or with the microphone. They can skip any question, pause and pick up where they left off from the same link, and the interviewer never pushes someone who doesn't want to answer. You decide the length: 3, 5 (default) or 7 questions. To see exactly what your customer will see, try it yourself first.
You can see the status of every invitation in the dashboard. If there's no reply, you can send up to two reminders for the same interview from the dashboard; that cap is there so your customer isn't bothered. You also set how long the link stays valid (in days, or no expiry) and whether it's single-use. If you already have notes from a conversation with the customer, you can paste them in and create the case study without waiting for the interview.
Emails go out from the verified casemagnetai.com domain, under your company name; if your customer replies, the reply comes straight to you. For the same interview, at most one email can be sent every 12 hours, with one invitation and at most two reminders in total. Every email has a "don't email me again" link at the bottom; anyone who uses it never receives another email from your account.
All data transfer is encrypted with HTTPS, your data is stored encrypted and is only accessible from your own account. Interview data is never sold or shared with anyone for marketing purposes; it is processed only by the subprocessors that run the service (for example OpenAI, which writes the case study). OpenAI doesn't use data sent through its API to train its models. If you request it, your data is permanently deleted. Details are in our privacy policy.
Yes. You can edit each case study's title, its Situation / Goal / Solution / Result sections, the customer quote and the highlighted result numbers from the dashboard at any time. The case study is ready in the dashboard as soon as the interview ends; we recommend taking a look before adding the embed code to your site.
Case studies produced from your interviews belong to you; you can use, edit and share them however you like. From the dashboard you can download a case study as an A4 PDF to add to sales conversations, or copy it as Markdown and paste it into editors like Notion. There's no separate Word (.docx) download right now.
You type your prospect's industry, company size and need in a few words; the Story Finder compares them with the text of your published case studies and ranks the closest ones. Each suggestion says why it was suggested (matching industry, size or words); stories with figures rank higher among equal candidates. It doesn't use AI and only suggests published case studies, never ones still waiting for review.
There is no ready-made integration for HubSpot and Salesforce yet; we're working on it. Today you can connect to thousands of apps (including HubSpot) through Zapier or Make, directly to Slack, and to your own system with webhooks and the REST API: when an interview is completed, the case study is automatically sent to the address you specify, and you can also create interview links via the API. Webhooks and the API are included in the Growth and Scale plans. If you don't use a CRM, that's fine too; interview links and widgets need no setup at all.
Interviews and case studies can be run in six languages: Turkish, English, German, French, Spanish and Portuguese. You choose the language in the AI Interviewer settings; if Autopilot is on, the AI switches automatically to the language your customer answers in. The dashboard is available in Turkish and English.
The Free plan has no time limit. The only restriction is that you can hold 3 active case studies at a time; you can upgrade to a higher plan whenever you like.
Neither; it limits how many case studies you hold at any one time. For example, on the Starter plan you can have at most 10 case studies at once, but there is no limit on how many you create per month. When you reach the limit, you either delete an old one to make room for a new case study or upgrade to a higher plan.
Payments aren't live yet, so there's no plan selection right now; during early access most features are open to everyone. Once billing starts, you'll be able to change your plan from the dashboard. When you move up a plan, your case study limit goes up right away; your existing case studies are never deleted by a plan change.
Video case studies, custom domains, AI Agent personalization, Google Reviews import and the HubSpot/Salesforce integration are in development; we don't give fixed dates. When they launch, you'll get them at no extra cost if your plan includes them.
There's no commitment or cancellation fee. Since nothing is charged right now, there's no subscription to cancel either; you can stop using your account at any time. Once billing starts, you'll be able to cancel from the dashboard; until then, write to hello@casemagnetai.com with any question.
We don't have a fixed price list beyond Scale. Write to hello@casemagnetai.com about your team and what you need, and we'll work out a plan that fits.
