Privacy Policy

For your dashboard account: your name, email address and authentication details, via Clerk.

For each interview: the company name of the customer you interview, the full text of the interview conversation and the success story (case study) generated from it.

If an answer is given by voice during an interview: the recording is sent to OpenAI only to be transcribed and is not stored. If the interviewee ticks the separate consent box on the interview screen, the recording itself is also stored; the account owner can publish it on their website or delete it from the dashboard.

Cookieless, anonymous measurement of views of widgets, walls, tracked share links and SEO embeds: time of view, rough device type (mobile/tablet/desktop), country and the domain of the referring site. For clicks on the "Full story" link and call-to-action buttons, we only keep the time of the click and which story and surface (widget, wall…) it belongs to. No IP address, cookie or information that identifies the visitor is stored.

If you send your customer an interview invitation or a story approval request by email from the dashboard: the recipient's email address and the time it was sent. If the recipient uses the "don't email me again" link in the email, their address is kept on a block list so that account never emails them again.

If you approve a story or request changes via a customer approval link: the name you enter, your note if any, the time of your response and a copy of the text you approved (as proof of approval) are stored and shown only to the account owner who sent the story.

Your interview conversation is sent to OpenAI's API to write your success story; it is not used for any other purpose.

Your account details are used only to let you sign in to the dashboard and access your own data.

Email addresses are used via Resend only to send notifications and the invitation, reminder and approval emails you initiate.

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

To run the service we use the following subprocessors: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Clerk (authentication), OpenAI (interviews and text generation) and Resend (email delivery). Each is subject to its own privacy policy.

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active.

If you request it at hello@casemagnetai.com, we permanently delete all data belonging to your account.

All data transfer is encrypted over HTTPS. Database access is limited to the service's own server-side code; third parties have no direct access.

You have the right to access your data and to request its correction or deletion. You can send these requests to hello@casemagnetai.com.
