By using CaseMagnet AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to the terms, you should not use the service.

CaseMagnet AI is a SaaS tool that produces success stories (case studies) from AI-assisted interviews with your customers and delivers them as widgets you can embed on your website.

You are responsible for the security of your account. You are held responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

You should share interview links only with your real customers, with their knowledge and consent.

You may not use the service to produce illegal content, to mislead third parties or to create fake references or case studies.

Attempting to overload the system with automated tools (deliberately exceeding reasonable usage limits) is prohibited.

Paid plans are offered as monthly or yearly subscriptions and renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. The scope and prices of plans apply as published on the site.

VAT or similar taxes may be added to prices depending on your country.

Price changes are announced in advance and apply to your existing subscription from the next renewal period.

Each plan's limits (number of active case studies, team seats and features) are as stated in the pricing table. When you reach a limit, your existing content is not deleted; to create a new case study you need to upgrade your plan or delete an older case study.

You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

You are entitled to a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of your first payment. Details are on the Refund Policy page.

The success stories and widget content generated from your interviews belong to you; you may use, edit and share them as you wish.

The rights to CaseMagnet AI's own software, brand and design belong to us.

The service is provided "as is". It is your responsibility to review the accuracy of AI-generated content before publishing it.

CaseMagnet AI does not guarantee that the service will run uninterrupted or error-free.

You can close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if the terms are violated.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes are published on this page.
